This Privacy Policy explains how 2BseenStudio Kft. ("2BseenStudio," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit our website at www.2bseenstudio.hu, submit a form, respond to one of our advertisements, or otherwise communicate with us.
We are a marketing and advertising services company. We advertise to and work with clients in the United States, and this policy is written primarily for visitors and customers located in the U.S. Because we are established in Hungary (European Union), Section 16 also explains the rights that apply to visitors located in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom.
By using our website or submitting information to us, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or submit your information.

3. Notice at Collection — Summary
This is a plain-language summary of what we collect and why. The rest of the policy gives the detail.
Identifiers — name, email address, phone number, IP address, advertising and cookie identifiers. Collected to respond to your inquiry, send proposals, deliver our services, and run and measure ads. Sold? No. Online identifiers may be "shared" for cross-context behavioral advertising — see Section 9.
Commercial information — the services you're interested in, your current or planned advertising budget, the platforms you currently advertise on, your website URL. Collected to prepare a relevant quote and deliver our services. Sold or shared? No.
Internet and device activity — pages viewed, clicks, scrolls, mouse movements, session recordings, referring URL, campaign (UTM) parameters, browser and device type. Collected to understand what's working on our site, improve it, and measure ad performance. Sold? No. Online identifiers may be "shared" for advertising — see Section 9.
Approximate location — city or region inferred from your IP address. Collected to serve relevant content and ads and for basic security. Sold or shared? No.
Audio and electronic information — notes and recordings of calls where permitted and disclosed, plus SMS and email correspondence. Collected to handle your request and keep a record of what we agreed. Sold or shared? No.
Commercial and financial records — billing details, invoices, and payment records (clients only). Collected to deliver the service, invoice you, and meet tax and accounting obligations. Sold or shared? No.
Inferences — whether you appear to be a good fit for a particular service or package. Collected to tailor our proposal and follow-up. Sold or shared? No.
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health data, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, sexual orientation, or union membership), and we ask that you do not send it to us.
4. Information We Collect
4.1 Information you give us directly
When you fill in a form on our website, respond to one of our ads, book a call, or email or call us, we may collect:
Your name
Your email address
Your phone number
Your company name and website address (if you have one)
The type of service you're interested in (for example: which kind of advertising or marketing activity you want)
Your current or planned advertising spend (optional — only if you choose to provide it)
Where you currently advertise and on which platforms
Any other information you choose to include in a message, form field, or conversation
4.2 Information we collect automatically
When you visit our website, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect:
IP address and approximate location derived from it (typically city or region level)
Browser type, operating system, device type, and screen size
Pages you view, time spent, links clicked, scroll depth, and mouse movements
Session recordings and heatmaps (see Section 6.3)
The website or ad that referred you to us
Cookie and advertising identifiers
Date and time of your visit
4.3 Campaign and UTM parameters
Our links and ads carry campaign tracking parameters (commonly called UTM parameters — for example utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term) as well as ad-platform click identifiers such as Meta's fbclid. When you land on our site and later submit a form, we capture these parameters and store them with your submission.
We use this to understand which ad, campaign, or channel brought you to us. On its own this data does not identify you, but once it is attached to a form submission it becomes part of your personal information and is treated accordingly.
4.4 Information we receive from third parties
Meta (Facebook and Instagram): if you submit a Meta Lead Form on one of our ads, Meta passes us the information you entered in that form (typically name, email, phone number, and your answers to our custom questions). Meta's own handling of that data is governed by the Meta Privacy Policy.
Advertising and analytics platforms: aggregated and de-identified performance and audience reporting.
Publicly available sources: for example, your company website or public business listings, where relevant to a proposal you asked us for.
4.5 Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email us at bence@2bseenstudio.hu and we will delete it.
5. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
Respond to your inquiry and answer your questions
Prepare and send quotes, proposals, packages, and service recommendations
Contact you by email, phone, and text message about your inquiry and our services (see Section 7)
Provide, deliver, and manage the services you buy from us, including managing advertising campaigns on your behalf
Invoice you and process payments, and keep the records our tax and accounting obligations require
Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website
Measure the performance of our own advertising and understand which campaigns work
Build and refine advertising audiences, including custom and lookalike audiences on advertising platforms
Send marketing communications about our services, where you have opted in or where permitted by law — you can unsubscribe at any time
Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents
Comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (pixels, tags, local storage, and SDKs) on our website. Specifically:
6.1 Essential cookies
Required for the website to function — for example, to keep your session working, remember your cookie preferences, and protect against abuse. These cannot be switched off.
6.2 Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API
We use the Meta Pixel on our website and the Meta Conversions API on our server. Together these tell Meta when someone views a page, submits a form, or completes another action we track.
The Pixel runs in your browser and may set or read Meta cookies (for example
_fbp) and capture your IP address, browser and page data, and the actions you take on our site.The Conversions API sends similar event data from our server directly to Meta. Where we send contact details such as email address or phone number for matching purposes, they are hashed before transmission, meaning they are converted into an irreversible string rather than sent in plain text.
Meta uses this to attribute conversions to our ads, measure campaign performance, and build audiences so we can show ads to people who visited our site or to people who resemble them.
Meta acts as an independent controller of the data it receives. You can review and control how Meta uses your data in your Meta Ad Preferences and in the Meta Privacy Policy.
6.3 Microsoft Clarity
We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our website. Clarity records session replays (a reconstruction of your mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and page views) and produces heatmaps showing where visitors click and how far they scroll. Clarity also collects device, browser, and approximate location data.
Clarity is configured to mask text input by default, so what you type into form fields is not captured in recordings. We use this data only to find usability problems and improve the site — not to identify you personally.
Microsoft's handling of this data is governed by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
6.4 Campaign parameter capture
As described in Section 4.3, we store UTM and click-ID parameters alongside form submissions so we know which campaign generated the inquiry.
6.5 How to control cookies and tracking
You have several options:
Our cookie banner: where shown, use it to accept or reject non-essential cookies, and to change your choice later.
Your browser: most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may break parts of the site.
Global Privacy Control: we honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a valid opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information, where required by law. Because a GPC signal is browser-specific, you'll need to enable it in each browser and on each device you use.
Advertising industry opt-outs: optout.aboutads.info (DAA) and optout.networkadvertising.org (NAI).
Meta: adjust your Meta Ad Preferences.
Microsoft Clarity: opt out via the Microsoft opt-out page or by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.
6.6 Do Not Track
Beyond the GPC signal described above, our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted.
7. Phone Calls and Text Messages (SMS)
This section matters — please read it before submitting your phone number.
7.1 Your consent
By providing your phone number on one of our forms, on a Meta Lead Form, or during a conversation with us, you agree that 2BseenStudio Kft. and the people working on its behalf may contact you at that number — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice message, and SMS/MMS text message — about your inquiry, your quote, your account, and our marketing and advertising services.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive automated calls or texts in order to buy anything from us. If you'd rather not be contacted by phone or text, tell us and we'll use email only.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies and depends on your inquiry — typically a handful of messages while we're arranging or delivering work for you.
7.2 How to stop messages
Text messages: reply STOP to any message from us to opt out. We'll send one confirmation that you've been unsubscribed, then stop. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at bence@2bseenstudio.hu or +36 30 350 3119.
Calls: tell us on the call, or email us, and we'll add you to our internal do-not-call list.
Opting out of texts or calls does not remove you from email — see Section 12 to opt out of that separately.
7.3 We do not share SMS consent
We will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. The only parties who receive your number are the service providers we use to actually send the messages and manage our customer records, and they may use it only to provide that service to us.
7.4 Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all carriers or handsets support all message types.
7.5 Recording
If we record a call, we will tell you at the start of the call and you can decline. Some U.S. states require all parties to consent to a recording, and we follow that rule.
8. How We Share Your Information
We share personal information in the following situations, and never more than the situation requires:
Service providers (processors). Companies that run things on our behalf — website hosting, CRM and email platforms, SMS and calling providers, scheduling tools, analytics, cloud storage, accounting software, and IT support. They may use your information only to perform services for us and are contractually bound to protect it.
Advertising and analytics platforms. Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Microsoft, as described in Section 6. This may include hashed contact details used to match you to an existing account for conversion measurement or audience building.
Our clients. Only where you have specifically asked to be connected with, or have submitted an inquiry to, one of our clients through a campaign we run. We will make it clear when this applies.
Professional advisers. Lawyers, accountants, and auditors, under a duty of confidentiality.
Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any change of control affecting your information.
Legal and safety reasons. Where we are required to by law, court order, subpoena, or a valid request from a public authority; or where we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your phone number or SMS consent for third-party marketing.
9. "Sale" and "Sharing" Under U.S. State Laws
Several U.S. state privacy laws define "sale" and "sharing" broadly enough that using advertising cookies and pixels can count, even when no money changes hands.
To be transparent: our use of the Meta Pixel and Conversions API for advertising, retargeting, and audience building may qualify as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — and under some state definitions, as a "sale." The information involved is online identifiers, browsing activity on our site, and, for conversion matching, hashed contact details. It does not involve us receiving payment for your data.
You can opt out. Use any of these:

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
10. Your U.S. Privacy Rights
Depending on the state you live in, you may have some or all of the rights below. As of the date of this policy, comprehensive consumer privacy laws are in effect in states including California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Tennessee, Minnesota, Maryland, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island, with more taking effect over time. We extend the rights below to all U.S. residents, regardless of state, because it's simpler and fairer than checking your ZIP code first.
Know / access. Ask what personal information we hold about you, where we got it, why we process it, and who we've disclosed it to.
Portability. Get a copy of the personal information you provided to us in a portable, machine-readable format.
Correct. Ask us to fix personal information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
Delete. Ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to the exceptions the law allows (for example, records we must keep for tax or accounting purposes, or information needed to defend a legal claim).
Opt out of sale or sharing / targeted advertising. See Section 9.
Limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger this right, but you may still make the request.
Opt out of profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We do not carry out this kind of profiling.
Non-discrimination. We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
Appeal. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with "Privacy Appeal" in the subject line. We will respond to your appeal within 45 days, and if we deny it we will tell you how to contact your state Attorney General.
10.1 How to exercise your rights

We will verify your identity before acting — usually by matching the email address or phone number you contact us from against our records, and if needed by asking a small number of additional questions. We do not use verification as a way to collect more data about you.
We respond within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you within that window and may extend by a further 45 days.
Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf. We will ask for written proof of their authority, and we may ask you to confirm directly that you gave permission.
10.2 California "Shine the Light"
California residents may request information about personal information we disclosed to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes in the previous calendar year. We do not disclose personal information for that purpose. Send any request to bence@2bseenstudio.hu.
11. How Long We Keep Your Information
Inquiries and quote requests that don't become a contract: up to 2 years from your last contact with us, then deleted or anonymized.
Client records during and after a contract: for the duration of the engagement, and afterwards for as long as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations — generally 8 years under Hungarian accounting law for invoices and related financial records.
Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask to be removed, then we keep a minimal suppression record so we don't contact you again by mistake.
SMS and call opt-outs: kept indefinitely as a suppression record, because deleting it would mean we could contact you again.
Website analytics and advertising data: typically retained by our providers for their standard periods — for Microsoft Clarity this is generally up to 13 months, and Meta applies its own retention schedules.
Where we no longer need information, we delete it or irreversibly anonymize it.
12. Marketing Emails
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or by emailing bence@2bseenstudio.hu. We will still send you transactional or service messages about work in progress, invoices, or your account.
We comply with the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act: our marketing emails identify us, include a valid postal address, describe themselves accurately in the subject line, and offer a working opt-out that we honor promptly.
13. Data Security
We take reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, and destruction. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), password protection and access controls, limiting access to staff and contractors who need it for their work, contractual confidentiality obligations, and regular review of our tooling.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach occurs that affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
14. Where Your Information Is Processed
2BseenStudio Kft. is based in Hungary, in the European Union. If you are located in the United States, the information you give us will be transferred to, stored, and processed in the European Union, and may also be processed in the United States by the providers we use (for example Meta and Microsoft).
The European Union has data protection laws that are, in most respects, more protective than U.S. federal law. Where our EU-based providers transfer data back to the United States, they rely on legal transfer mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
By using our website or submitting information to us, you understand that your information will be processed outside the United States.
15. Third-Party Websites
Our website and our ads may link to websites we don't control — for example our clients' sites, social media profiles, or scheduling tools. This policy does not cover them. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
16. Notice for EU, EEA, and UK Visitors
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the UK GDPR apply to our processing of your personal data, and we rely on the following legal bases:
Pre-contractual steps and performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — responding to your inquiry, preparing a quote, and delivering the services you buy.
Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — non-essential cookies and tracking, marketing emails, and text messages. You may withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — running and securing our website, measuring the effectiveness of our advertising, and preventing fraud, balanced against your rights and freedoms.
Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — accounting, tax, and other statutory record-keeping.
In addition to the rights in Section 10, you have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top and post the new version on this page. If the changes are significant, we'll give you more prominent notice — for example by email or a notice on our website — before they take effect. Please check back periodically.
